It is a simple story. Girl loves beer. Girl drinks beer. Girl gets TIPSY!


Oh, and did we mention WINE? Cocktails? We love those, too!

Several years ago, we discovered some roasted and salted peanuts at a local dive bar that brought us back from the brink of “Tootipsyville.” Kept us going long and late into the evening! Later, we wanted more of these simple but delicious peanuts and couldn't find them. We ordered from several different sources online and waited with great anticipation only to be disappointed every time.

Well, all that did was make us mad and more determined. We decided to make our own...

We traveled and badgered and asked all kinds of questions, all in hopes of finding great fresh ingredients, great taste and THAT CRUNCH. And we found mecca...in our own backyard... Virginia Redskins grown by our personal peanut farmer, complete with trucker hat!

But back to BEER… We love every kind of beer... And what, little boys and girls, is a constant ingredient in beer that fluctuates in amount and flavor? HOPS!

Then, we started to play... What if we? What would it taste like if? IPA’s. Porters, Ambers. Every beer style was part of the experiment.

And the more we let folks taste our Craft Beer Nuts, the more encouraged we got... those that know us understand how lethal that can be... LOL! The idea of creating the very best, most delicious, unique Craft Beer flavored peanuts was born!

With nodding approvals from area brewers and vintners, we hit the market providing Taproom Snacks to hungry Craft Beer lovers! 

Today, Hops and Nuts Craft Beer and Wine Snacks are offered in breweries and wineries from North Carolina to California and all delicious places in between. Specialty retail locations, hotels and on-line, and are being enjoyed by beer lovers AND peanut lovers across the area.
